To secure a spot in a sailing course, students must submit a completed payment whether online or by phone and read and sign the waiver.
Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Students must be at least [10] years old to participate in our sailing programs. Minors must have a parent or legal guardian’s signature on enrollment forms.
Tuition and Fees
Tuition for each course is listed on our website and in our program materials. Tuition must be paid in full prior to the course start date.
A non-refundable deposit of [100]% of the total tuition is required to hold a course reservation.
We accept payment by credit card, venmo, zelle, paypal, or bank transfer.
All tuition and fees are listed in US Dollars.
Cancellations and Refunds
If [SF Wingfoil academy] re-schedules a course, students will receive a full credit to use the deposit of payments made to a later date of their choosing as long as it is within 1yr of purchase date.
Students who need to cancel their enrollment must notify us in writing at least [7] days prior to the course start date to receive a refund of tuition paid deposit.
Cancellations made less than [7] days before the course start date but greater than 72 hours before start date are granted a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 72 hrs of start date are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for missed classes or early withdrawals once a course has begun.
Rescheduling
Students may request to reschedule to a different course date, subject to availability, by notifying us in writing at least [7] days prior to the original course start date. A $[0] rescheduling fee may apply.
[SF Wingfoil Academy] reserves the right to modify course schedules or locations as needed. We will provide as much advance notice as possible to enrolled students.
Safety and Medical Concerns
All students must complete a medical disclosure form (read and sign our waiver and students must disclose any previous medical conditions) prior to participation. If the student has a know prior medical condition that may result in injury or death during the lesson then they should not proceed with the lesson.
Students with physical or medical conditions that may impact their ability to safely participate in sailing activities must obtain written approval from their physician.
[Sailing School Name] reserves the right to refuse or discontinue enrollment of any student who we determine cannot safely participate in our programs.
Students must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by our instructors. Failure to do so may result in dismissal from the course without refund.
Media Release
[SF WingFoil Academy] may take photographs, videos, or other media during our courses for use in marketing, advertising, and promotional materials.
By enrolling, students grant [Sailing School Name] the right to use their image, likeness, and voice in these materials.
Liability and Waiver
All students must sign our liability waiver prior to participation, which outlines assumptions of risk and release of liability.
[SF Wingfoil Academy] and its instructors are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state of California.
